One look at this photo will have you thinking that this guy just had the worst morning ever. Luckily for him, this situation is of his own doing. So just how did he capture this hectic and unfortunate scenario? With a little planning, and a lot of help from Photoshop.
First, he photographed his kitchen using a fisheye lens
Then, he captured himself falling through the air in his living room. He used a beanbag chair to break his fall.
By sticking a hair grip in the cookies, he was able to get photos of them mid-air. He used the same technique for the plate. The background will later be edited out.
Then he headed to the bathroom to capture a shot of his tea spilling safely into the tub. He took this photo with the same light and flash that he used for the others.
Then, in Photoshop, he created a layer to give his face more contrast, to give the photo a more artful look.
Finally, he put all of the elements together in Photoshop, and had himself a pretty epic self-portrait.
